Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours (business days) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 6 – 12 business days
  • Canada: 6 – 15 business days
  • International: 10 – 20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Tracked Shipping

All orders include tracked shipping at no extra cost. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
